When can I expect to have my order shipped?

We strive to ship orders received prior to 1 pm Eastern on the same business day as ordered.
Once your order has been shipped, you will be notified by email of the tracking number.

Can I have my order shipped to an address other than the billing address on my credit card?

If you order on our website, no. As this is a common tactic used by credit card thieves, we are only able to ship your order to the verified billing address on your credit card.
However, you do have another option and that is purchasing our products from our Amazon store, where the shipping address can differ from the billing address on your credit card.

Do you ship to other countries outside of the US?

We currently only process/ship orders with the USA and Canada.
If you would like an order shipped out of the USA contact us and we can make arrangements as long as you have a authorized Paypal account in good standing.

How do we protect your customer information?

When you place orders or access your account information, we offer the use of a secure server. The secure server software (SSL) encrypts all information you input before it is sent to us. Furthermore, all of the customer data we collect is protected against unauthorized access.

Can I interchange out components and/or vehicles on the G4 Techmount Mounting Products?

Want to replace your radar detector with your smartphone or video camera?
No problem! Our new Generation 4 Techmount system was designed specifically for this purpose. Just loosen the lock-bolt on the applicable carrier and interchange it, which takes only seconds.
The Gen 4 mounting system also makes it easy to move devices to different vehicles and power sport applications.

What is your return policy?

30 Day Return Guarantee (Motorcycle Mounts and Mount Accessories) – We offer a guarantee that says “Go out and ride with it for 30 days and if you’re not 100% satisfied, we’ll take it back. ” An industry first!

What is your refund policy?

Return your product along with all parts and packaging to us within 30 days and you will be refunded your full purchase price. Exceptions to this would be products that were altered or misused by the customer.

What does your warranty cover?

Because of our commitment to our Power Sports community, many of our products carry a lifetime warranty on replacement if they break or are found to be defective. Reference the product detail pages for more information.

PowerSportsUS Lifetime Warranty for Mounting Systems

All PowerSportsUS mounting systems carry a lifetime warranty against defects in material or workmanship found during normal use. In addition, PowerSportsUS warrants all of our mounting systems against any form of natural damage or deterioration, unless intentionally inflicted, for a period of one year from the original date of purchase.

This warranty does not cover any product or part that has been modified or altered in any manner for a purpose other than that for which it was intended, or used in a manner inconsistent with any instructions regarding its use.

How do I get my part replaced under your lifetime Snapshot warranty program?

Use your smartphone or digital camera to take a photo of the defective part.
Email your photo to sales@powersportsus.com and briefly explain the problem, your name and your PowerSportsUS.com order number.
Upon receipt of your email, we will review your photo and if found to be defective and/or worn we will ship a replacement within several businesses days at no extra charge.
